Animation Pipeline Systems

Interactive Media Engineering

Not every story ends on a screen that waits for a play button. Interactive media places the visitor inside the moment a film crew would rather only hint at. We engineer these experiences for museums, theme parks, showrooms and platform operators where a guest walks up, taps, leans or rides and expects the picture to answer at once.

Interactive engineering is a discipline of limits. A web experience must hold a smooth frame while streaming over an uneven connection. A ride system must start a sequence within a few hundred milliseconds of a sensor trip. A museum piece must run for a full season with nobody standing beside it to press restart. We handle all three with confidence because we budget every one of those limits up front.

Character Rigging Tools

A character rig is the skeleton, muscle and face that lets an animator find a performance. Build a rig that fights its artist and every shot becomes a tug of war. Build a rig that listens, and the animator forgets the tool completely and simply acts through the puppet. We build the second kind.

Our rigs are born from a calm conversation about the character and the schedule. A comedic sidekick needs squashy, forgiving controls and a fast turnaround. A hero in a ride film needs precise, constrained joints that never pop under dramatic lighting. A creature for a game needs topology that survives a thousand loops in a running engine. A render farm is the furnace where an idea becomes an image, and like any furnace it must be fed, watched and cooled with care. We manage rendering infrastructure as a round-the-clock watch: every node accounted for, every queue measured, and every frame that fails caught before the deadline can feel the heat.

Modern production renders against shrinking turnarounds and elastic hardware. We design farms that scale sensibly, whether you own a cluster in a single room or rent capacity across several clouds. We monitor temperature, license, network and disk health continuously, and we keep the queue disciplined so that a single runaway job cannot starve the whole tower of its renderers.

Motion Capture Processing

Motion capture turns a living performance into a mound of raw coordinates, and that mound is not yet animation. It is noisy, jittery and full of false contacts. We operate the processing line that washes a take clean, retargets it onto a rig, and hands the animator a performance ready to be polished rather than rebuilt from scratch.

Our processing pipeline is built for speed and for honesty. Foot slips are solved out, hands are kept attached to props, and the motion is retargeted to a new skeleton with the contact held firmly on the floor. The result is a clean take that keeps the actor energy alive while removing the mechanical shame of a stomping or sliding walk.
